On October 10 we released the theatrical performance: "CIBER LITERARY CAFÉ, A TRIBUTE TO MARIO BENEDETTI" as part of a literary sample at our school.
The show takes place in an Internet cafe, where waiters and customers converse about literature, about the life and work of Mario Benedetti, about his commitment to the social and historical study presents information on the Internet, recite, read ... act. Which tried to merge the old coffee literary field of intellectual discussion and artistic creation with the new forms of access to information and technology.
The show ends with a representation based on the song "they sing" (two voices) of Viglietti and Benedetti, on the one hand a represents the writer reciting actor and a puppet group represented by the motion picture and the text of the song.
The work was not only high academic standards, the process of historical and literary research involved before and after the presentation, and conceptual advances in students, using both books and computers as tools for such process, but was also highly artistic.
The message we tried to give children, creative, subtle, aesthetic thrill ... struck many viewers, adults and children. We had to repeat the work for all classes, parents, teachers, officials, visitors to Santa Fe, Argentina, appreciated our work.
